6. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days. For heavy equipment or machinery, it may take up to 7–10 working days.

You may return products within 2 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and not damaged.

8. Are all products returnable?

No. Customized items, machinery with usage marks, or electrical items that have been tampered with are non-returnable.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method.
