1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
Custom orders, clearance or sale items, and opened consumables (like inks or adhesives) cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and return it to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.
? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds to debit/credit cards or bank accounts are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If your product is damaged or defective and you want the same item replaced, we offer free exchanges. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the product and packaging. We’ll verify the issue and either send a replacement or process a full refund.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, it can only be returned according to our return policy.
